MIDACO AFS2200 Industrial Air Filtration System

The MIDACO AFS2200 Air Filtration System is a high-capacity industrial air filtration solution designed for machining, grinding, welding, fabrication, and manufacturing environments where airborne particulate is commonly generated.

Featuring a powerful 2200 CFM airflow capacity and multi-stage filtration system, the AFS2200 helps continuously circulate and filter shop air throughout industrial workspaces.

The system combines:

• A 24” x 24” x 4” MERV 8 pleated pre-filter
• A 24” x 24” x 15” MERV 15 secondary bag filter

This staged filtration approach helps capture both larger and finer airborne particles commonly found in manufacturing facilities.

The AFS2200 also includes integrated differential pressure monitoring with red and green LED filter status indicators to simplify filter maintenance and operational monitoring.

Estimated Air Changes Per Hour (ACH)

Based on 12-foot ceilings:

• 1,000 sq. ft. – Approximately 11 ACH
• 2,000 sq. ft. – Approximately 5.5 ACH

Optional Overhead Suspension Mounting Brackets available for elevated installation and space-saving airflow positioning.
