Multi-Stage Filtration
This 2-stage filtration with a MERV 8 and MERV 15 approach helps capture both larger and finer airborne particles. Filters are disposable and replaceable.
The MERV 15 secondary filtration stage is designed to capture approximately 85% of airborne particulate in the 0.3–1.0 micron range according to EPA filtration efficiency standards. This includes fine particulate matter commonly generated in CNC machining, grinding, welding, and industrial manufacturing environments*.
* NOTE: Not for venting flammable particulates or for use in woodworking environments.
LED Indicators
The AFS2200 also includes integrated differential pressure monitoring with RED and GREEN LED filter status indicators to simplify filter maintenance and operational monitoring.Estimated Air Changes Per Hour (ACH)
