The MIDACO 24” x 24” x 15” MERV15 Disposable Replacement Filter Bag is designed to capture approximately 85% of airborne particulate in the 0.3–1.0 micron range according to EPA filtration efficiency standards. This includes fine particulate matter commonly generated in machining, grinding, welding, and industrial manufacturing environments*.

The MERV15 filtration stage is designed to work in conjunction with the first-stage MERV8 pre-filter to support improved industrial air filtration performance and cleaner circulating shop air. This filtration system is effective in reducing PM2.5 airborne particulate, which is widely recognized as a significant indoor air quality and occupational health concern in industrial and commercial environments*.
Built for industrial airflow applications, the deep bag filter design provides high dust-holding capacity while maintaining reliable airflow performance in machine shops and manufacturing facilities.
