The ultra-flexible hose offers versatility in nozzle placement. Magnetic hose clamps provide secure attachment and easy adjustment, facilitating hassle-free installation and maintenance. The included crimping tool ensures secure connections.
Washdown Spray
The high-pressure pump propels the machine’s coolant though hoses and nozzles mounted inside the machine with magnetic clamps for convenient positioning. The washdown manifolds are equipped with adjustable stainless-steel nozzles providing targeted chip removal.
Includes Stainless Steel Filter Tray
A corrosion resistant, 316 stainless-steel sump filter screen, and built-in overflow ports replaces the VMC's factory screen. Designed to remove bulk and fine chips, this easy-to-clean filter allows coolant to pass through effectively, eliminating clogs and preventing overflow. Operators can quickly clear out chips while the machine is running, minimizing downtime and preventing buildup to ensure a clean coolant system. Choose from two size options:
CWS/55 (32” x 28” x 4”) for 55-gallon sumps
CWS/95 (32” x 32” x 8”) for 95-gallon sumps
