Im not sure if there are other pallet companies but after dealing with the service / tech team at Midaco i'm glad it was their equipment attached to our cnc mill. We had a few bumps and bruises while implementing new production setups and with Dave and Bobs support we are back up and running. I have troubled them several times even during a trade show - yet they gave me their full attention with great patience including prompt email assistance.
The reason we chose to purchase a new Midaco Pallet Changer is simple, our 16 year old system is still performing like new. In addition to reliability, Midaco has always supported us either over the phone or on site with any troubleshooting questions. Midaco Pallet Changer allows us to load and unload pallets outside of machine where there is more room while parts on second pallet are machined.
